Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Foremint Solutions LLC (“Foremint”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using foremint.pk, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Foremint helps founders establish U.S. and UK business entities and activate payment infrastructure. Our services may include LLC and corporation formation, EIN and ITIN assistance, registered-agent service, compliance filings, and introductions to banking and payment partners.

Foremint is not a law firm or an accounting firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. We provide filing and facilitation services. For legal or tax counsel, consult a licensed professional.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You may not use Foremint for unlawful, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity.

Service fees are shown at checkout and are separate from third-party government and state fees, which are non-refundable once paid to the authority. Recurring services (such as registered agent and compliance) renew automatically unless cancelled.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; cancellation of recurring services is governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Outcomes that depend on third parties, government approvals, bank account openings, and gateway activations (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, and others), are subject to those parties’ own review and decisions. Foremint cannot guarantee approval, and approval timelines are outside our control.

• Maintain your entity’s good standing, including ongoing tax and reporting obligations.
• Provide truthful information to us and to government and financial partners.
• Comply with all applicable U.S., local, and international laws for your business.

The Foremint platform, brand, and content are owned by Foremint Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foremint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Foremint for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.

You may stop using Foremint at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
