To form your company, secure a tax ID, and activate payment gateways, we collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use the Foremint dashboard.

Information you provide

• Identity & contact details, full name, date of birth, email, phone, and residential address.
• Business details, desired company name, state of formation, business activity, and ownership structure.
• Verification documents, passport or national ID, and any documents required for ITIN, EIN, or banking partners.
• Payment information, billing details processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

Information collected automatically

• Device, browser, and IP data, and pages viewed within the dashboard.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

We use your information only to deliver and improve our services. Specifically, to:

• File your LLC or corporation and obtain your EIN/ITIN with the relevant authorities.
• Submit applications to banking and payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, and similar).
• Provide compliance reminders, annual reports, and registered-agent services.
• Respond to support requests and send service updates you have not opted out of.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We never sell your personal data. We do not share your information for third-party advertising.

We share information only with the parties required to complete the service you requested:

• Government agencies, Secretary of State offices and the IRS, to register your entity and tax IDs.
• Banking & payment partners, to open accounts and activate gateways on your behalf.
• Service providers, vetted vendors for hosting, identity verification, and customer support, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal compliance, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations, including records that U.S. authorities require us to keep for formed entities. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and request data portability.
• Withdraw consent and manage cookie preferences at any time.

Foremint operates between Pakistan and the United States. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws than your own. We apply appropriate safeguards to every cross-border transfer.
