Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel recurring Foremint services, including registered-agent service, compliance subscriptions, and annual-report management. One-time formation purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

You can cancel a recurring service in two ways:

1. From your Foremint dashboard, under Billing → Subscriptions.
2. By emailing support@foremint.pk from your account email.

Notice period: To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date. Cancellations after that take effect at the following cycle.

• Your service remains active until the end of the current paid period.
• No further charges are made after the period ends.
• Already-paid periods are non-refundable unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

Most U.S. states require every LLC to maintain a registered agent. If you cancel registered-agent service, you must appoint another agent to keep your entity in good standing. We’ll help you transition smoothly and confirm the effective date.

Changed your mind? You can reactivate most services from your dashboard. If a compliance lapse occurred during the gap, we’ll outline any reinstatement steps and fees before you confirm.
