Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Foremint. This policy explains when service fees are refundable, the treatment of government fees, and how to request a refund. It applies to one-time formation packages and add-on services.

You may request a full refund of Foremint service fees if:

• You cancel before we begin processing your order (typically within 24 hours and before filing).
• We are unable to deliver the core service you paid for due to an error on our side.
• A duplicate charge or billing error occurred.

The following are not refundable once incurred:

• Government & state filing fees, paid directly to authorities and non-recoverable once submitted.
• Third-party fees, registered-agent, expedited processing, and partner charges already rendered.
• Completed services, work that has been delivered, such as a filed LLC or issued EIN.

Why? Once a filing is submitted to a Secretary of State or the IRS, those fees leave our hands and cannot be reversed.

If work has partially begun, we may issue a partial refund of the service fee proportional to the work not yet performed. We will explain any deduction clearly before processing.

Email support@foremint.pk with:

• Your order number and the email used at checkout.
• The service you’d like refunded and a brief reason.

We review requests within 2 business days and, when approved, return funds to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
